No. ARC standardizes and prepares your financial data across the group and can optionally be connected to Power BI for visualization in your existing environment.
Typically when the group becomes more complex: after M&A, when new entities are set up, or when additional ERP or accounting systems are introduced.
Depending on the system, data is ingested via API/interface or through structured imports (e.g. CSV or Excel). We support both approaches.
Data is typically refreshed once per day overnight. Additional syncs are possible if needed. ARC transparently shows sync status and data freshness.
All data is processed and stored in Germany in full compliance with GDPR. This applies to both data processing and AI models. Data processing agreements (DPA) and additional compliance documents are available upon request.
Yes. All changes are logged transparently—for example adjustments to plan values (including comments) as well as changes to the group chart of accounts and mappings.
ARC is priced per legal entity / accounting unit. Pricing starts at €1,500 per month (DATEV) or €2,500 per month (ERP systems). As more entities are added, the price per entity decreases. We’re happy to provide a tailored quote based on your group structure.
