Around 130 questions arrived every month from management and sales: why did margin drop in one region, which customer is behind the decline, how does a product compare with last year.
For each question, controlling pulled extracts from the ERP, built an analysis in Excel and checked it. On average that took two and a half hours. There was little time left for the actual analysis.
Solution with Arc
